Are you feeling…
-
You feel like taking care of everyone else is more important than taking care of you, like their wants and needs matter more and are more worthy of your attention. This has left you struggling to identify and express your wants, needs, and emotions.
You struggle to set (or keep) your boundaries. Maybe you’re even reading this and thinking to yourself “Where do I even start with boundaries?” or “Setting boundaries is so selfish” (I’ll let you in on an important secret - it’s not selfish!).
-
Your inner critic is so loud and mean. Honestly, that inner voice is a real a**hole. It seems to constantly be there to tell you you’re not good enough, you’re a failure, you shouldn’t even try, etc. You try to fight off the self-critical thoughts, but you haven’t found the way to quiet them down yet.
You also hold impossibly high standards for yourself. Maybe people around you (past or present) have held those high standards for you, too. Maybe it has felt like no matter what you do, you should always do more. Achieve more. Be more. -
You feel like you’ve seen it all. Red flags, love bombing, gaslighting, manipulation, you name it. Maybe you even feel like a magnet for “toxic” relationships. You keep trying to create healthy relationships but something keeps getting in the way and you’re repeating the same patterns over and over. You want to end this cycle, once and for all.
-
But on the inside, you're screaming and crying out for somebody (anybody) to really see you, hear you, and love the real you.
You’re not sure how to fulfill your deep desire to be seen, loved, and accepted while still being authentic and true to yourself. You may even be questioning who you really are after years of being a “chameleon,” blending in to fit in and get along with everyone.

A good daughter, sister, friend, student, employee, partner, housekeeper… you get it. The list goes on and on of the many hats you wear every day, and it’s exhausting trying to wear them all equally well, all of the time. And you’re trying to do it all without the kind of support that you really want and need.
And you’re ready to…
…feel more calm, confident, and connected (to yourself and others).
…gain a greater understanding of yourself and become more self-aware.
…learn to establish and maintain boundaries where necessary.
…make changes to unhelpful thoughts and make way for more helpful ones.
…develop coping skills to help you approach life in new ways.
…heal from a difficult past to move toward the brighter future you deserve.
…find support in a safe space with a compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental person.
If you can relate to any of the above, then I have great news for you
I get it! I’ve been there with the anxiousness, self-consciousness, perfectionism, people pleasing, and more that can come along with being a woman in our world today - trying to heal from the past while still facing life’s daily challenges.
You can find freedom from the challenges you’re facing to live the awesome life you deserve. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own, that’s what I'm here for and I'm so glad you found me!
Hi, I'm Jordan!
I can help you find freedom from the overwhelming effects of anxiety, trauma, and low self-worth — to start living a life in which you feel more calm, confident, and connected.
When we work together, I provide the effective techniques and compassionate support you need to discover your ability to build confidence, create healthy relationships with yourself and others, and heal from the past so you can live fully in the present.
I strongly believe that I am human first, therapist second. My most important role is to connect with you and understand you, while using the skills and techniques that come along with being a therapist to help you better understand yourself and learn skills that will help you live more fully and authentically moving forward.
