Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit is an important investment in yourself!
At No Worries Wellness LLC, you can pay out of pocket (private pay).
You may choose private pay if:
You prefer this option for any number of reasons
You do not have insurance at this time
I am not in network with your insurance and you do not have out of network benefits for mental health
Private Pay Fees
For At the Office, Online, and Walk and Talk sessions:
$175 for one hour sessions**
$300 for two hour sessions
For Groups & Workshops:
Fees vary based on the type and length of group or workshop. You can find more information here.
**Limited sliding scale (reduced fee) spots available for individual and group sessions based on financial need.
Unless you and I have made other arrangements, payment is to be made the day of your session. You may choose to enroll in auto-pay, pay online through your Client Portal, or pay with me at the end of each session. Cash, credit card, and Health/Flex Savings Accounts (HSA/FSAs) are accepted forms of payment.
There are some benefits to using the private pay option, including:
Diagnosis: Insurance companies most often require a diagnosis after our first session together (after meeting for just 55 minutes!). I do not believe a diagnosis is 100% necessary to gain an understanding of yourself or to be able to create growth toward positive changes. With private pay, we have more flexibility with this.
Privacy: Because insurance companies are paying for your services, they are allowed to request access to your health records as desired or needed. By paying for services yourself, your records will not be released for any reason, unless a court order is present.
You Have More Control: Some insurance plans limit the number of sessions you can attend each year and or how long your sessions can be. Private pay allows you more control over your care and more consistent care with no interference from a third party.
Insurance benefits may reduce financial stress; while, private pay offers you more privacy and control over your care. Please consider each option to choose the right one for you, which will lead to the best treatment for you.
