Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit is an important investment in yourself!

At No Worries Wellness LLC, you can use your in network insurance benefits or out of network benefits.

If you plan to use insurance, please call your insurance company to learn about your in or out of network benefits for mental health services. Questions to ask your insurance company to find out about your benefits:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible and has it been met?

  • How much would I owe for each session?

  • How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?

  • Do I have benefits for online / telehealth sessions?

  • Do I have benefits for group therapy sessions? And for online group sessions?

  • Is approval needed from my primary care doctor?

  • Do I have out of network mental health benefits? How much does it cover for me?

Please let me know if you would like assistance with this, and I will help as I am able to.

Insurance

For At the Office, Walk and Talk, and Group counseling, I am in network with the following insurance companies:

  • Anthem

  • BlueCross/BlueShield

  • Carelon (formerly Beacon)

  • Chorus Community Health Plan (CCHP)

  • Dean

  • Exceedent

  • Medicaid (Some State of Wisconsin HMOs accepted)

  • UMR

  • United Healthcare

For Online counseling, benefits vary by plan. Please call your insurance company to verify these benefits.

I am also a Teladoc provider.

Out of Network

If your insurance is not on my in network list, you may have the option to use out of network benefits through your insurance plan. Many plans cover a portion of your fee for sessions with out of network providers (after reaching deductible).

If you choose this option, I will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement.

Unless you and I have made other arrangements, payment is to be made the day of your session. You may choose to enroll in auto-pay, pay online through your Client Portal, or pay with me at the end of each session. Cash, credit card, and Health/Flex Savings Accounts (HSA/FSAs) are accepted forms of payment.
