When we work together, I provide the effective techniques and compassionate support you need to discover your ability to build confidence, create healthy relationships with yourself and others, and gain control of the anxiety in your life.

I strongly believe that I am human first, therapist second. My most important role is to connect with you and understand you, while using the skills and techniques that come along with being a therapist to help you better understand yourself and learn skills that will help you live more fully and successfully moving forward.
