Overthinkers & Self-Critical Thinkers Group
Connect with others to help calm your mind, silence the inner critic, and feel less alone.
This group is for women (25+) who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, and a harsh inner critic—especially those who identify as high achievers who still feel not enough.
You may appear capable and successful in your daily life, yet find yourself constantly second-guessing, overanalyzing, or feeling like your mind never fully turns off. You’re the one who gets things done—and still questions if it’s ever enough. The inner critic can fuel perfectionism, low self-worth, burnout, and difficulty prioritizing your own needs.
In this group, we’ll focus on helping you step out of that exhausting mental loop. You’ll:
Learn how to calm racing thoughts and reduce anxiety
Understand and challenge your inner critic
Build self-compassion and more balanced self-talk
Break patterns of overthinking and perfectionism
These patterns often develop from past stress or trauma, even if everything “looks fine” on the outside.
You’ll connect with other high-functioning women who truly understand your experience and gain tools to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your mind—without constantly pushing yourself to the brink.
