Anytime is a great time to focus on you, give yourself the time to relax and recharge, learn how to be kind to yourself, and (most importantly) have some fun!

In this workshop, you will:

• Engage in crafts, games, and activities focused on self-compassion and self-love

• Have fun and healthy social interactions with a small group of peers

This workshop is for you if you are:

• A teen girl who is 13 - 17 years old

• Looking to have some fun and meet new people

• Interested in learning more about how self-compassion can help you deal with all the stresses and anxieties of teen life
