Walk and Talk sessions allow us to take your counseling session on the move!
Engaging in nature and physical activity can provide you with additional mental, emotional, and physical benefits, along with those already provided by individual counseling. Learn more about the benefits of engaging in nature in the ‘Spend Some Time With Nature’ blog post.
Outdoor Walk and Talk sessions are offered to adults (18+) from April through October*. These sessions will be held during daylight hours for up to 45 minutes. We will meet at the office and walk to the Menomonee River Parkway, which is a beautiful area about 1/2 mile from No Worries Wellness LLC. Clients who are 14 and older can also choose this option with parent / guardian permission.
Indoor Walk and Talk sessions are now available with the addition of two treadmills to the office!
You may choose to do any combination of in-person, virtual, and walking sessions as you prefer and your insurance allows.
*Outdoor Walk and Talk sessions are subject to change based on weather.
